Baby Poultry Grow-up Album

Oh My gosh.... let see.. I was born in '48, so I remember the old reruns on tv when I was just a little thing in the 50's.

Hey, pretty much the same here. Born in 47 and watching the reruns on TV when young.

Well, I wish I had more strength like I did when I was younger. Other than that I am really enjoying this time in my life. I have a wonderfully beautiful garden that I created over the years. I live in a lovely area, especially enjoyable in the summer. If our stupid town would only allow chickens, it all would be perfect LOL!

I think of the way TV used to be when I was a kid. Those BIG boxes with the small black and white screen. Now I watch tv on my flat screen High Deffination Led Chrystal TV that has a 32 inch screen. And they have much bigger ones available one can get. Heck, I even see 3D TVs advertised these days. I just can't immaginge a 3D TV. Things sure changed from when we were small kids.

Is that ever the truth!!! Actually... I dont even have tv in my home any longer, I figure if I wantto get bored to death .. I can go and get a dvd of tv reruns!!! LOL!

Now heres my little "Spanky " today... Hes already doubled in size since last week! And his frizzle feathers are really starting to grow out!

Ameraucaunas are especially good at changing colors - sometimes several times. I had one chick that was almost solid black that grew up to be light red with only the smallest black markings.

What color do you think Little Turkey will end up?

Hi Porkpal! Yep if Turkey was an Americauana I would be so very happy with Her colors but since she is supposed to be a Cochin Bantam I am confused with her coloration!

If it is a rooster it ought to be a very colorful one.
