Spousal Support?

Jacksonville, TX(Zone 8b)

A friend of mine is looking for a website and/or chat room for Spouses of cancer patients.

Anyone know of any?

Thanks!

Trish, tell her to try this site. I don't go to this board, but the Rheumatoid Arthritis board has been very helpful. http://boards.ivillagehealth.com/messages/get/bhfamilyfriends14.html

Trish,

The American Cancer Society has a hot line for both patients and family members. I can't hyperlink, but there should be a listing in their local phone directory to call, and they will provide them with this information.

"eyes"

has a wealth of information and chats/conference boards.

There's a chatroom called oncochat. I found it when my mom was diagnosed with cancer for the 5th time.

"Reach for Recovery" which is part of ACS offers spousal support. You can contact ACS for information. Good Luck..vic
