I have an infestation in my home of these and they all appear dead. I cleaned up the house and find no bugs. During the day, I see no bugs and I wake up the next morning and they appear in the house all dead all over the place. I have never seen one of these guys alive.
So the question is, what are these?
This is really irking me out... considering moving out of my apartment since I just moved in. Some help would be very much appreciated so I can at least researched it on my own.
If it helps, I just moved to San Diego,CA.

Identify this bug? Infestation in my home. Help!
I think they look like Lawn Shrimp, Arcitalitrus sylvaticus
I'm not 100% sure, but that's what it appears to be. Was it recently super dry, or flood? I know it was hot in CA recently. Apparently they abandon their homes in those conditions, and can wind up inside houses. Here's a page with info. on them.

Thanks!
It is good to know those lawn shrimps aren't dangerous in any way. It was relatively hot in the past week, but the last few days have been nice and cool. I'm not sure the reason why the Lawn Shrimps abandoned their home. Good news is I had the front door resealed with weather stripping. That hopefully should keep them out!
