Is this a widow spiderling? They are in my house!!!

Encinitas, CA

Okay about a week ago I brought a wheelchair and a ice cooler from my moms into my roommates car. I took it into my bathroom only to find a MASSIVE male black widow hanging around it hours later. Few days pass, and I found a big brown widow spider in my charcoal grill. I captured it, and got in the car to transport it. Then, I found a brown widow spiderling on my leg while in the car.

My question is, does this look like a brown or black widow spiderling? I apologize for the photo quality, but the only sample is in my science kit, and it's hanging out there.

I found about 6 of these in my bedroom closet, and I also found a somewhat clear version of it wandering around my clothes hampers. I am assuming it's a spiderling, and perhaps this one in the pic, may be a little older. I am not scared of spiders, but now that they are in my room I am TERRIFIED because last night one crawled out of my closet and was heading towards my bed.

The color is dark brown, but not 100% black. There is also some white/beige marking going down it's upper abdomen. I can't figure it out.

Here are the rest of the photos:

This doesn't look like a Latrodectus to me, but I'm an amateur at these things.
Maybe something closer to a Funnel Weaver, Tegenaria?

Definitely not any widow spider and definitely not anything dangerous to humans. You don't need to worry about this one.
