Saw this bug yesterday and have no clue what it is. Any ideas? I'm in North Carolina...

One of the 'good guys', but it can deliver a nasty bite if mishandled.

Wow! Thanks so much! It's kinda scary looking. Glad I didn't get too close. It can continue to feed on my japanese beetles if it wants though! LOL
