I did some more research and think It is a Bluegrass Webworm Moth (Parapediasia teterrella).

Can anyone verify my ID?

Although your moth certainly appears to be in that group (the tribe Crambini within the family Crambidae; subfamily Crambinae), the image is too washed out to see its color pattern, and as there are several species, not only in this tribe but even in other families, that can have a similar appearance, I would not hazard a specific identification.

Thanks for looking suunto.
