Have plenty of Confederate Rose Seeds to trade. Make (just about) any offer! I'm starting over in a new property so I have lots of wants!

Are they likely to survive windy arid zone 6, lows in teens/20's in winter? I have some sea buckthorn, and some vegetable/annual/perennial seeds, and some Chinese vegetable seeds.
