I found what looked like eggs on a Cassia leaf. I put it in my pocket until I was ready to come in and take pic for ID. Imagine my surprise when they started moved when I took pics. They looked like pencil point size eggs to the naked eye
What are they??
CLOSED: Ewee I had bugs in my pocket
These are newly hatched stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) nymphs. Although they resemble those of the southern green stink bug, Nezara viridula - see http://tinyurl.com/2e7gv8w for an image - I would hesitate to be certain at this early stage of their development.
