Are you certain that this is a true fly?
no i am not sure.but it have 2 wings and have a 2 filaments that i think they are halter.
it's neuroptera i'm sure.
Another (albeit less likely) possibility is a scorpionfly in the family Bittacidae - see http://tinyurl.com/36btjnj for a North American example.
suunto i'm 100% sure that it is not scorpionflies.see the Thread winges.
I agree that a neuropteran is far more likely. Have you looked for images of family Crocidae (thread-winged lacewings)?
i think too that it's belong to Crocidae family.but what genus?
