The image is too fuzzy to make a specific determination with any certsinty; about all i can say is that it is an orb weaver (family Araneidae); likely in the genus Araneus. See if you can submit a clearer image, and in the meantime, have a look at some examples at http://tinyurl.com/9l2hno to see if any of them resemble your specimen. All orb weavers are harmless to humans.

Sorry - The other two photos also are not clear enough. Even then, identifying these spiders to species from images alone can be problematic.
