The cat. was found among Gulf Frits. cats. But its stripes and coloring set it apart from others. Please help I.D.

Fritillary caterpillar, but which one please.
Looks similar to (not same as) variegated fritillary caterpillar (Euptoieta claudia). I would not be surprised if it IDs a some species of fritillary too.
I'm going to say Variegated Fritillary. It looks the closest of any of the images and individuals can vary depending on age and location.
