Noticed this little one (about 2 inches long) wandering about, time to hibernate?

This appears to be an orange-striped/orange-tipped oakworm caterpillar (Anisota senatoria; Lepidoptera: Saturniidae). It likely is looking for a safe place to pupate - see http://tinyurl.com/287ceud for detailed information.
