what type of spider?

Can someone please help me identify what type of spider this is? Found him in my kitchen sink. I reside in KY

Just barely under 1/2inch in size.

This is a male cobweb/comb-footed spider (family Theridiidae) in the genus Steatoda; likely Steatoda triangulosa - see http://tinyurl.com/26bnm7f for an example (the markings of this species are highly variable). This spider is harmless to humans.
