I apologize if my lack of spider identification is lacking.
My patio has been a breeding ground the past week for new spiders including black widows and other critters. Not a problem for me, however, I just witnessed this big spider on my chair and would like to know if its a orb weaving garden spider, or something else? If so, let me know if I should take precaution to relocate it into a place where I won't get bitten.
Here are two other images:

Thanks everyone!
Is this an orb weaving garden spider?
This is indeed an orb weaving spider (family Araneidae), ans thus harmless to humans. My best guess is that it most likely is a Neoscona sp.
