I just heard on the news that Park Seed has been sold. I'm not sure I heard the name right, but I think they said Black Seed bought it. A requirment was that jobs would be preserved. I live in NC, not more than 50 miles from Park Seed in SC.

I had seen bits of this article before. If Park was that poorly managed, it's no wonder they went downhill so badly. I wish the Park family had never sold out.
