CLOSED: Found these bugs and eggs on my Hydrangea leaf...ID Please

Fredericksburg, VA(Zone 7a)

Cool looking bugs and eggs...I'm sure I don't want them taking permanent residence. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them?

Call your local County Extension Service agent and get their Email address and send them the photo. Most likely they will be aware of the problem. Good luck.

These appear to be newly hatched nymphs of a leaf-footed bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Coreidae). Most of these are plant pests; a few species are predaceous.

MGCrystal is 100% mistaken. See http://tinyurl.com/2dsp567 for eggs and newly hatched nymphs of boxelder bugs.
