Can anyone ID this possible bugnest? It is composed of Spruce needles and some are inside the drain hole of a Milgard window. Refer to photo for size of nest. The window is about five feet above ground level. No ants visible around the nest. I have been unable to observe anything that could have made ithe nest. I assume it is a nest.
