CLOSED: Black Witch?

I have posted this pic on butterflies/hummingbirds also. I have searched the internet for pics of th Black Witch which there are many of, however I see none with closed wings. I disturbed this one while watering and it flew onto the pecan tree. The reason I think Black Witch is that I did have one recently in my yard. It may not be that at all.
