can someone please identify this spider?

I found this spider in the hot tub. When I lifted the cover it fell into the water. I quickly got it out of the water and it looks like it will survive. It has a goldish sheen to it. I live in west central Indiana.

This appears to be in the family Theridiidae (cobweb/comb-footed spiders), but I don't recognize the species.
