This caterpillar appears to be one known a the yellow bear (Spilosoma virginica; Lepidoptera: Erebidae; subfamily Arctiinae). The adult is a pretty, white moth - see http://tinyurl.com/yhr7pqh for images. These caterpillars will feed on a wide variety of plants, and can be pests when numerous.
Thanks again!! They are Very pretty aren't they? I don't mind if they eat a little bit......he was on some impatience that I had not planted yet.....
