Went to the supper market 7:30 AM, grabbed a cart and loaded it with a fer things, went through the self check out and out to my car.
As I was loading the food into the trunk I saw this guy in the cart.
Well he had no business in the cart or the parking lot so I put him in the trunk.
When I got home and open the trunk he started crawling out on to the top of the car.
He sat on top of the car looking around and as he should be in the garden, not on the car I got him to craw onto a sheet of cardboard.
When I got it to the tomato plants he jumped off, knowing that was where he should be.
I don't know how he got into the supper market.
Nice of you to help instead of just killing it. Preying mantises are such a help in my gardens. He may have gotten on the cart outside and gotten rolled in with the rest.
