This moth was on the screen of my gazabo what kind is it? It was very beautiful. Like it was dressed in camo

very cool moth. And unfortunately I have LOTS of virginia creeper in my area which is where they lay their eggs, I think, so that explains why I have them in my area.

It is beautiful! Website says it ranges all over New England, but I have never seen it before, in CT. or Ma. Wonder why?
