After seeing this thread it occurred to me that I have very, very few yellow flowers this year! This is the only one that is blooming at the moment. Yellow Rain Lily, Zephyranthes citrina.
I have some unusual yellow mallows but they are not in bloom yet. i do have this shell ginger, variegated, that has a lot of yellow LOL

These were seeds grown from emma. They are really, really tall. They go well with the yellow tall showy evening primrose next to them. I have lots of yellows, but not yellow tropicals.
