Unfortunately, guides to insect identification in your geographc area appear hard to come by. About all that I can say is this this lady beetle (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) looks like a Brachiacantha sp. - see http://tinyurl.com/25jpaba for a North American example. BTW, In Iran, two Persian words reportedly are used to describe lady beetles; ﮐﻔﺶ ﺪوزک and ﭘﻴﻨﻪ ﺪﻮﺰ, both meaning "shoe cobbler"
