Hi all, I was mowing my lawn today, and after finishing, I noticed many of these bugs crawling/hoping on top of the lawn mower. Can anyone tell me what they are??? Pic attached (I think...)

These appear to be planthoppers (superfamily fulgoroidea) of some sort (see http://tinyurl.com/2cbhdqy for an example), but the image is not clear enough to be certain of identification to family.
