'secret snack trade', anyone?

The idea - well, I had posted here a few days ago about a "happy pill box" idea to brighten a friend or loved one's day who isn't feeling well. A lot of folks liked that, and it became a joke to tell what your favorite snack was. (hinthint) :)

For you, a favorite might be wrapped mints, m&m's, pretzels, etc etc. All the normal snacks you might think of.

What I have in mind is this: If you send me your DG name, real name & address, along with your favorite snack(s) (two at most, please), I would organize them, and send everybody in the 'bunch' a person's name and information.

So, instead of a 'secret plant trade', this is a 'secret munchie trade'.

if you're interested, email me through DG with the information. (If you post here that you want to be involved, I might not see it. PLease be sure to email me). Let's set a "cut off" date of Friday, Oct 12th for turning in information to me.

oooooo it was so hard to pick my snacks. I was slwo getting on the site again but I definitely had to respond to this one. so many forums, so many threads, hard to keep up!

Was hard for me to choosing a snack,cause I usually don't eat much snacks.The ones I do eat,I bake so was hard decision for me to make.

I want some peanut M&M's so have to bring this back to the top again.....heehee. Come on people,let's get interested in this one. This could be fun.

I have a question do you send this in something you made or just send the snacks?I think it sounds like fun but wanted to know for sure what I was doing before I jumped in. lol

Mystic - just your basic munchies. doesn't have to be in a made container, you can gather, say, a bag of dum-dum lollipops and drop them in the bag, along with a "surprise munchie trade" note, and mail away.:)

Nothing fancy, just munchies in a box from a friend. :)

Email me with information! There are a small but wonderful number of us involved! Get all your friends to join in the fun. :)

I actually thought about doing a 'secret Santa', but I'm hoping someone a little closer to the action might take it up - I have no idea of the geography of the States.
