I have not been able to get a picture of either of these"
Smallish bright green fly - size of a small "pinky" finger
Small flying bright green "bug" - about the size of a pencil eraser.
I don't know any other way to identify either of these. Does anybody have any sort of a clue to help me out? I have only seen them outside. The fly probably does no damage - and the other one may not either. They are both an iridescent green.
CLOSED: Green fly and green "bug"
Really need to see an image; otherwise would be reduced to just wild guessing...
Thanks - I'll try to find one with a camera nearby.
I see these a lot in the garden
