CLOSED: Insect eggs found on pole bean leaf. Any ideas?

My vegetables and flowers are growing together so there are many varieties of butterflies, moths, beetles, etc. This is the only leaf that I found any eggs on. I'd like to know whether it is friend or foe - Thanks!
