These could be pale examples of the yellow bear caterpillar, Spilosoma virginica (Lepidoptera: Erebidae; subfamily Arctiinae) - see http://tinyurl.com/2bfznvu for an example. These caterpillars can vary in color from nearly pure white to very dark brown, and nearly everything in between.
