CLOSED: What we got ?

This guy was in my greenhouse, kinda looks like a fly, but acts more like a bee. just under an inch long I would say....G

It's Tiger Bee Fly, xenox tigrinis. A large Bee Fly with a distinctive wing pattern. Whether the adults eat nectar or not is debatable, but it is not blood sucker. The larvae parasitize Carpenter Bees.
