CLOSED: Average Looking Spider

Just curious what the official type of spider this is.

Can you provide other images taken from different angles? (I realize that the spider may not choose to cooperate...) Also, what is its approximate body size (ignoring leg span) and where was it hanging out? As it is, I'm not completely certain which family it belongs to.

This one was hanging out outside at the confluence of my house and garage; tucked up in a corner spot. She was pretty small, about the size of a pea I'd say. :)

Much better photo, thanks. This spider is in the family Theridiidae (cobweb/comb-footed spiders); likely the common house spider, Parasteatoda tepidariorum - see http://tinyurl.com/l3nxgj for an image. We have gazillions (or so it seems) of these in and on our house.

Awesome, thank you!
