Is this the normal look? What kind of moth (I guess its a moth) is this?

CLOSED: This moth looks pretty battered.
This is a skipper (Lepidoptera: Hesperiidae); possibly even the same species as the more intact specimen you submitted on the 10th.
suunto, so, it's a skipper butterfly and I thought it was a moth. The one I submitted on the 10th was definitely a Three-spotted Skipper. On this one, I see four spots angling in on the upper wing edge. Could this one still be a Three-spotted Skipper?

As there are other skipper species that can superficially resemble this one, I would hesitate to be positive about a specific i.d. for this one because of its damaged condition.
