Sorry for the bad photo.. kept moving fast. Has bout 20 legs. Long antenae. Very fast moving, sort of like a Centipede, but not enough legs.

It is a centipede. They don't really have 100 legs and there is a lot of variation in the leg count between species. This is one of the so-called House Centipedes - Scutigera coleoptrata: http://davesgarden.com/guides/bf/showimage/5318/
