Here's a green wasp (?) in a flower on my Parodia schumanniana. Is this a cuckoo wasp? I don't know the name of the critter.

This is a bee in the family Halictidae - see http://tinyurl.com/2duftoh for an example. They often are called 'sweat bees.'
