I took a photo of this spider whilst I was on holiday in Malta. I have had a quick look on Google to see if I can find it but I haven't managed to identify it as yet and was wondering if anyone could offer their expertise in identifying what kind of spider it is?
It's a crab spider (family Thomisidae); namely Synaema globosum - see http://tinyurl.com/2g42al5 for an image. This spider also comes in yellow and orange variants - see http://tinyurl.com/2fy4vlz for another example from Malta.
