It resembles a Flesh Fly, but I don't think that is what it is.

Help me ID it..

This fly is in the family Syrphidae (hover/flower flies); the wing venation is quite characteristic for this family - see http://tinyurl.com/3xpm3w7 for an example. However, this is a very large family comprising thousands of species, and I would be very hesitant to try a more specific identification.
