Yep, I’m a firm believer in food/herbs for healing. I take Turmeric for my arthritis and minor aches and pains instead of aspirin and stuff. The only draw back was it took almost a year before it really started working well. Unless I get out there and really over-do it I stay pain free. And that’s good!
