Can I root these clippings? And if so how? They were just clipped today , few hours ago....

i would say no, not likely. I believe cuttings from hardwood conifers like that are a little more complicated and are better done at a certain time of year with the proper set up. Generally they arent "just stick in the dirt and grow" plants....
