The order ("Tricladida") and family ("Rhynchodemidae") are not familiar to us. Before you can add this bug, you'll need to post the details to the BugFiles How-to's forum.

We had no previous representative of the family Rhynchodemidae in BugFiles. The first entry in a new family or order, must be created by an admin person.
