Anyone know what these are and of an organic repellant/killer? Thank you!

These appear to be squash bugs, Anasa tristis (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Coreidae). See http://tinyurl.com/nnvrlm for some organic control recommendation. I patrol our squash patch daily, looking for and crushing any egg masses that I find - see http://tinyurl.com/2d985ng and http://tinyurl.com/26po77t for images.

Oh my goodness.. gross.. I went outside after reading this and oh lordy were they bad! I spent a good hour hand klling and picking off eggs and squishing them. Most were nymphs but I did find 2 adults and I squished them. I finally had to get out the malathon spray.. I have 3 zucchini plants, 3 butternut squash and did have a black futsu squash plant which mysteriously died next to the zucchini. I though maybe it was the heat as it was a fairly decent sized plant and even had squash growing .. Now I wonder how much the squash bugs had to do with its demise. Well, now I know and I will keep an eye out for them. Thanks for the help ID'ing them.
