I'[ve been told that this is probably an Adriatic Lily, but I find very little reference to that type. Does anyone know the identity of this kind of Lily and possibly the variety?

I think "Asiatic" is the proper word you are looking for. I don't know the variety because there are many pink cultivars out there. Maybe someone who grows the same one will recognize it.
Is that the same as 'Oriental Hybrid' which I've seen reference to? Thanks
Hybrid lilies are pigeonholed into several "Divisions". Asiatic lilies are Division 1. These are generally not fragrant. The lilies known as "Oriental" are in Division 7. These are usually very fragrant. Another group is Division 6, the trumpet lilies. The divisions are based on the geographical areas where the ancestor species are native. Division 4 are American hybrids, grown from crosses of our own native lilies.
