I thought this might be a Ruby Meadowhawk, but the belly is huge! Seen at the top of a hill in Milton, MA

Unfortunately, the image is too blurry to be certain of an i.d. - another possibility is Needham's skimmer, Libellula needhami - see http://tinyurl.com/2fdcrvg for an example. i believe that the apparent bulge in the abdomen is an artifact of some kind, and not indicative of a particular species.
Yeah, this one will have to go unidentified. Thanks for trying. :)
