Tiny, and I do mean tiny little green-yellow bug on a rose leaf. Kind of grass-hopper-ish. Maybe 1/8" at best.
A nymph of some thing, I'd guess, from the size. Curious as to what he might be, since this rose is just budding and if he's a "bad" bug, I want to shoo him off in time. :)
