squash plant muncher?

I am wondering if this one is up to no good on my squash plant. It was the only one I was and it was quickly gone.

This did not do the munching (it has piercing-sucking mouthparts), but is up to no good anyway as it is a squash bug, Anasa tristis (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Coreidae) - see http://tinyurl.com/j2llv for images and detailed life history. As for the chewing. look for beetles that resemble an over-sized lady beetle (see http://tinyurl.com/23gz3l5).
