Hello and thanks for all the well wishes. I had a good day, working out in the sun, for a friend, for free. We were fixing the ground for their kiddie pool. Our friend Pat and Maggi are going to start a water aerobic program at her house because we are so far out in the sticks that it takes almost an hour to get to the closest place the offers it. Maggi and Pat both get stove up if the don't get some kind of aerobic exercise and bot are always in pain. So I feel great knowing she may soon get some kind of relief and when Maggi is happy, I'm happy. She did take me out to dinner, how nice.

Sounds like a great solution to a problem. At least I hope she paid for your birthday dinner! LOL!
