This was in my GD's room and she was not happy. Now the spider is not happy. Was wondering what kind it is?

I cannot be 100% certain, but this appears to be the remains of a parson spider, Herpyllus ecclesiasticus (family Gnaphosidae); they are harmless to humans - see http://tinyurl.com/y7ru2sw for images of living specimens.

Thanks...at least I know from now on to just remove it to the outside.
