Need help identifying this spider

I have hundreds of these baby spiders on my deck and in my garden. I have never seen them before especially 30-40 on one web. Can someone identify this spider for me as I have small children and I don't want them bitten unexpectedly.

I've continued to do my research. Could these spiders be Argiope aurantia - Yellow Garden Spiders?

They certainly could be, and if not, they would be those of another orb weaving species, and all these spiders are harmless to humans.

I have found your spider...took a bit but they are baby Argiope aurantia. Your kids are safe. an I hope i was a big help an here is a picture of the spiders i found on google. let me know if there the same
