Ipomoea arborescens
What color is yours?
Sorry, Daturapod. I don't have a Ipomoea arborescens plant. But I would be interested to see what your blooms look like. Do you have any photos of it when in bloom?
Becky, think this one has white blooms.
I have the pink one rooted if yours is white - let's trade! PLMK
I stand corrected since Kay has a pink one. For some reason, I was
thinking Ron told us arborescens is white.
Edited for spelling

I am the confused one! I must have Ipomoea carnea.
Kay, I stay confused. Really it's better for me that way. LOL
Oh, ME, TOO! I just say 'I dunno' and people look at me funny and go away!
LOLOL
Ipomoea carnea ssp. fistulosa

greenman@greenmangardens.net
is my friend Kevin. He has gotten several different batches of seeds from different areas.
So if you order 2 different seedlings you should be able to seeds down the road from them crossing. I have ordered several for myself. I don't want to miss out on getting a gene pool like he can offer.
put sub: Ipomoea arborescens
you lucky dogs you....
Larry
Mine grows about 8' tall - STILL don't know which one I have - it was given to me as 'bush' mg.
Kay - If you have Ipomoea carnea, it should bloom from Spring through Fall for you. I know it does that here in this part of Florida. I see them around the area and they get about 8-10' tall. I think they also come in white, pink, and a lavender color of blooms.
Does anyone have photos of the blooms of Ipomoea arborescens? I'd be interested to see them for comparison.
