Growing MG's Sunflower Stalks...

I've heard of this being done, but have never seen it. I'd like to try this as part of one little girls 'Fairy/Butterfly Garden'.

Has anyone tried this before? Have pics? Any info would be appreciated :)

I am sure I have a picture somewhere, but Use the mammoth or maximillian sunflower to grow mgs on. Anyway thats what works best for me.. here are a few of my sunflowers, the seedlings are at the bases of them. Start sunflowers first, then the mgs.They have to get good support so you want the sunflower stalks to be good and sturdy. I also suggest using tall showy evening primrose and rosequeen cleome as good supports for mgs and are pretty and fragrant too.
