Just wondering if you could tell me what kinda spider this would be?

Umm. You need to attach an image - I don't see anything here...
That looks like a brown recluse
Brown recluse spiders are usually between 6–20 mm (¼ in and ¾ in), but may grow larger. They may be brown or gray and usually have markings on the dorsal side of their cephalothorax, with a black line coming from it that looks like a violin with the neck of the violin pointing to the rear of the spider, resulting in the nicknames fiddleback spider, brown fiddler or violin spider.
they are poisonous so be where of them
I can assure you that this definitely is NOT a brown recluse or any other spider in that genus. However, I do need a clearer image in order to provide a positive i.d. - also, about how big is it (body length, leg span), and is it associated with any type of web?
A clearer photo showing the head end would clear this up, but it could simply be a male orb-weaving spider that has left its web in search for a mate. See http://tinyurl.com/22n36p7 for an example.
